Make White Chocolate Mousse from scratch 6 ounces white baking chocolate 1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Microwave the chocolate and 1/2 cup cream in an uncovered, microwave-safe container on medium-high for 1 minute. Remove and stir. If any pieces of chocolate are retaining their shape microwave at 10 second intervals. Be careful not to scorch the chocolate when microwaving. Stir just until melted, and then cool completely. |

I am diligently working on my dream… building my Dreampire step by step. Sometimes it feels scary. Sometimes it feels too big. But all the time, it feels just right. How do I know it feels “just right” behind all those negative pulls of emotions and feelings? Because I know who I am. I know I fit for what I want to pursue. I know that what I want to do is really just an expression of who I am. When I’m coaching and mentoring others I suggest that taking the time to explore and define “who I am” is critical. |

Dreampire–To Dream and to Build your Business Empire So you have a dream. So do I. And I’m making it come true. So can you. Here was my first step… What do I want to do? This was tough. I like to do so many things and I know I have a lot of skills and talents that I’ve refined and developed over the years. I decided to just pull out a piece of paper and start writing down what I had already done… as a business woman, as an entrepreneur, as a writer, as a consultant, as a mentor, as a volunteer, as a mom, as a wife. |

Hi and welcome... I'm so excited to have you a part of Chocolate Blog and Claudia Marie Design. Claudia Marie Design has been my dream since I first saw Mrs Fields on TV launching her chocolate chip cookie business. I designed my Dreampire and now I'm able to bring it to fruition. This is beyond exciting. And what's even more exciting is I'm here to support and coach you with your events, celebrations, and designing and executing your own Dreampire. Along the way I designed and built successful businesses, events, celebrations around marriage and raising three great sons. |
